HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THEM?
Depending on which package you decide to book, you will receive a number of sneak peek images just days after your wedding. Your full private online gallery will be delivered to you within 8-10 weeks after your wedding day. I aim to send USB & print packages out not long after this.
WE DON'T WANT OUR PHOTOS POSTED
Totally understand! As much as I'd love to show the world your beautiful day, I completely respect your wishes and what you are comfortable with. That being said, I don't post every single wedding on social media.
ANY VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS?
Yes, I absolutely have recommendations. From working in the industry over the past 6 years, I am lucky enough to have worked with some of South Australia's most talented wedding suppliers. If you need help choosing, please. don't hesitate to reach out.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
After you have filled out and signed the booking form and terms & conditions, you will receive an email from me with an invoice for your deposit. I require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding day.
CAN I PRINT MY PHOTOS?
ABSOLUTELY. There's something so special about holding your wedding photos. Your photos are one of the only ways to live through the memories of your fabulous day. I definitely recommend creating a timeless keepsake you can hold onto, whether it be loose prints or a fine art album.
DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
I haven't offered this until now. If you require a payment plan, please don't hesitate to contact me.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Firstly, I'll send you a handful of sneak peek shots a few days after your wedding. 8 to 10 weeks later you'll receive a link to your online gallery to relive your wedding day. Depending on which package you book, you'll also receive a gorgeous package in the mail with a USB, prints & a little thank you from me. Cute!
WHAT HAPPENS IF DISASTER STRIKES?
Ahh yes, well let's keep our fingers crossed there isn't another worldwide pandemic! However, if disaster strikes and I am unable to capture your day, I will endeavour to find a replacement photographer. No matter what, I will edit your images and the rest of the process will remain the same.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO Change MY BOOKING?
I understand that life happens and plans can change. The deposit is non-refundable as this helps protect my business due to turning other bookings away for the same date - it is insurance for my business to stay afloat in the event of a cancellation. If you decide to book with me, my full T&C's regarding this are outlined in your contract.
